A technical assessment of the range of sites available to meet the need for housing and employment land, covering sites put forward by landowners and sites identified by officers through a desktop review March 2025
Development Needs Topic Paper A paper summarising the council's position on the future development needs of the borough, with a focus on housing and employment land March 2025

Landscape Character Assessment An assessment of the unique combination of elements and features which distinguish the landscapes found in the borough January 2025
Landscape Sensitivity Assessments - larger sites Assessments of the resilience or robustness of landscapes to potential changes arising from development proposals. Intended to help decision-makers to understand how landscapes may be affected, the assessment focuses on 33 larger sites/groups of sites December 2024
