Public consultation
The council has launched a public consultation on the Coton Park East Design Code.
The design code sets out a series of design requirements for employment development at Coton Park East across three themes - movement, nature/landscape/public space, and built form.
A proposal to allocate 115,000sqm of the site for employment floorspace has been included in the emerging Local Plan 2025-2042 (site ID: 64).
The design code has been prepared to help shape physical development on the site and aims to enhance the overall design quality.
