How we support our corporate values

We want our corporate values to be embedded across the organisation.

We support the CAN DO values framework through:

  • Recruitment - we select candidates via a competency-based interview process where we measure candidates by both 'job-fit' and 'values-fit'
  • Performance management - we manage, supervise and appraise employees by work performance (task delivery) and values (the approach to delivering tasks)
  • Learning and development - personal development planning forms part of our performance management processes and corporate learning programmes, ensuring our employees can uphold our corporate values
  • Policy - our policies, processes and guidance all support the CAN DO values framework
