System maintenance
Our council tax and benefits online portals will be unavailable from noon on Friday 20 March until noon on Monday 23 March for a system upgrade. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Rugby’s Teenage Market will also be launched as part of the council's Easter celebrations in the town centre. The first of its kind for the town, the Teenage Market will give young people aged 11-25 a platform for skills development, and a chance to gain confidence, business know-how, and real-world experience in running a market stall.
Teenage Market events offer a free way for young people to engage with their local communities, helping them to develop skills and entrepreneurship while boosting footfall into and enhancing the vibrancy of town centres.
Councillor Maggie O’Rourke, Rugby Borough Council Portfolio Holder for Partnerships and Wellbeing, said: “The Rugby Teenage Market initiative is key to identifying a new generation of market traders and making young local people an active and positive part of our town centre.”
Councillor Neil Sandison, Rugby Borough Council Liberal Democrat Spokesperson for Partnerships and Wellbeing, said: “Rugby has amazing diversity and talent amongst its teenagers, and this will be a great way to celebrate that energy.”
Councillor Rob Howard, Warwickshire County Council Portfolio Holder for Economy & Growth, said: “It’s fantastic that we’re supporting teenage markets, providing a great opportunity for our young people. I hope that local people will come out and support it.
"Teenage Markets are a brilliant way to give young people real-world experience and confidence. They help develop entrepreneurial skills while bringing energy and creativity to our town centres. We’re excited to be able to support any places in Warwickshire that would like to take this opportunity."
Young people who are interested in taking part in the markets can apply to host a stall at https://theteenagemarket.co.uk/.
The Rugby Rotary Club will also be returning to Caldecott Park, hosting their Easter egg hunt between 10am – 2pm, meaning families can enjoy a full day of Easter activities alongside the market stalls and food vendors.
