All council tenants were invited to complete a satisfaction survey in October 2025 as part of the Regulator for Social Housing's new system to assess the standard of services and quality of homes provided by social landlords in England.
The council has now published the results for the 2025/26 Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey.
Based on the responses, the overall satisfaction score from tenants who completed the survey was 84.9 per cent.
Please note - due to an error with the survey, we have no data for 2025/26 for the time taken to complete the most recent housing repair. A review of the survey process has been undertaken to avoid a repeat of the error.
We intend to use the feedback from tenants to prioritise improvements to services during 2026/27.
You can read the results on the following pages or download the results, together with the covering letter which was sent to tenants with the survey, the survey itself, and a summary of how the council conducted the survey.
