Service changes due to hot weather

Due to the heat health alert, bin collections may take place earlier than usual from Friday 20 June to Friday 4 July. This is to allow crews to complete their rounds before the hottest part of the day. Please have bins ready for collection from 6am.

Supermarket trolleys

Supermarkets are responsible for removing their own trolleys from public areas.

Contact the supermarket directly

The supermarket that owns the trolley will arrange to remove it within 2 weeks. You will need to let them know:

where you saw the trolley
the time and date you saw the trolley
