Technical issue - software systems
We're currently experiencing a technical issue with one of our software systems.
The issue means we cannot currently deal with some customer enquiries regarding council tax, benefits, business rates, trade waste and sundry debts.
Some online forms related to the services above have also been impacted by the technical issue.
We have been able to bring some systems back online but apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience while we work to resolve the issue fully.
