By understanding our customers and their individual needs we have been able to provide better services - and ensure all of our residents are aware of our services and can access and influence them.

We are proud to have become the first borough/district council to be rated 'excellent' under the Equality Framework for Local Government. We are also the first council in Warwickshire to meet this standard. This means that independent reviewers have found that we have responsive services that meet the needs of our communities.
