Disruption and emergencies
Please have bins ready for collection from 6am. In periods of extreme heat we may start waste collections from 5am. We will normally issue a notification in the Rugby App when we decide to start collections early.
Tuesday 15 September
We were unable to collect bins from 30 properties in Oliver Street today due to the crew being unable to safely access the collection point.
Please leave your bin out on your next scheduled collection date.
