Community Governance Review - Rugby Radio Station site (now Houlton) in Clifton-upon-Dunsmore parish
We have launched a Community Governance Review (CGR) after receiving a petition requesting the removal of the former Rugby Radio Station site (now Houlton) from the parish of Clifton-upon-Dunsmore and the creation of a new parish council to serve Houlton.
Renewal of Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs)
We have launched public consultations on proposals to renew the borough's three Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) for a further three years.
The borough's PSPOs cover:
- dog control
- intoxicating substances in the town centre
- Newbold Quarry Nature Reserve

Clifton-upon-Dunsmore Neighbourhood Plan
In accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (Regulation 16) a 6-week public consultation on the Clifton-upon-Dunsmore Neighbourhood Plan will be held, starting on 23 September 2025.
Proposed Changes to the Traffic Regulation Order in Rugby town centre
We are proposing changes to the existing Traffic Regulation Order which limits vehicular access to the town centre, to support the night-time economy, enhance the street scene and improve safety.
